CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-In Time is between 3:00pm to 6:00pm.

Early Check-In Time is between 1:30pm-3:00pm for a $25 Fee. Late Check-In (arrivals after 6:00pm) must be pre-arranged.

Check-Out Time is 11:00am.

Late Check-Out is 12:00pm (strict) for a $35 Fee.

Special arrangements can be made according to each guest's requirements. Additional charges may apply.

ROOM  RATES

Please refer to booking page as rooms are subject  to availability and seasonal adjustment.

No hourly rates available.

We do not allow rooms to be "blocked/reserved" for guests that "may" need accommodations.

WE ARE COUPLES, FAMILY & PET FRIENDLY

NON-SMOKING ROOMS

All our rooms are non-smoking for reasons of health, safety and comfort for all of our guests. Please ask about our outdoor designated smoking areas.

Any guest who violates the policy by smoking inside is subject to a minimum $400.00 charge for returning the room(s) to smoke-free status and agrees to being charged by accepting this policy. We appreciate your understanding.

DAMAGES

We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning.

Damaged or missing items from rooms post check out will be charged to your security deposit on file. These include but are not limited to remote controls, bathrobes, linens, pillows, mugs, books, etc. Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.

CANCELLATION  POLICY

All cancellations are subject to a minimum $25 per booked room cancellation fee.

Cancellations less the 14 full days in advance of the arrival date will be subject to a charge equal to 50% of the applicable room rate and less than 48 hours in advance of the arrival date, 100% of the applicable room rate.  

Cancellations more than 14 full days in advance of the arrival date will be refunded the deposit less the $25 cancellation fee. 

All cancellations must be provided to the innkeeper in writing. 

PAYMENT POLICY

A non-refundable reservation deposit of $25 per room will be payable by credit card at the time of booking.

This deposit will be credited to the final invoice payable on check out day.

The credit card on file is processed early morning on check out day unless you advise us differently at Check-in.

PET POLICY

We love animals and welcome well behaved pets and respectful pet owners.

Pet stays must be pre-approved. There is a $25 pet fee per reservation.

Pets must not disturb other guests.

Pet owners must provide their own towels, linens, waste bags/litter and clean up after their pet. A garbage pail will be provided outside for proper pet waste disposal.

Guests/pet owners will be financially responsible for any damage to guestrooms or property caused by their pets.
